Certified Life coach, Hypnobirthing Educator, Master NLP Practitioner, Public Health Practitioner and certified in Natural Nutrition; with twenty years of experience in women's wellness, public service and whole-life coaching.
I work with two kinds of women. The one standing at the threshold of motherhood, wanting to bring her child into the world with intention, power and as little fear as possible. And the one in the thick of midlife, carrying children, parents, a relationship and a career — who has almost forgotten what it feels like to be well in herself.
I know both of these women deeply. I have been both of them. I still am.
I have lived with chronic pain since I was seven years old. Not as a background fact — as a constant negotiation with my own body. Learning to stay well, present and even joyful inside that reality has shaped everything I know about resilience and living well.
