I’m Cecilia

Certified Life coach, Hypnobirthing Educator, Master NLP Practitioner, Public Health Practitioner and certified in Natural Nutrition; with twenty years of experience in women's wellness, public service and whole-life coaching.

I work with two kinds of women. The one standing at the threshold of motherhood, wanting to bring her child into the world with intention, power and as little fear as possible. And the one in the thick of midlife, carrying children, parents, a relationship and a career — who has almost forgotten what it feels like to be well in herself.

I know both of these women deeply. I have been both of them. I still am.

I have lived with chronic pain since I was seven years old. Not as a background fact — as a constant negotiation with my own body. Learning to stay well, present and even joyful inside that reality has shaped everything I know about resilience and living well.

Are you embarking on motherhood? Perhaps you’ve been planning or at least hoping for a baby for sometime and you don’t want to do it the way your friend , sister, cousin or auntie has. You hate the idea of winging it and genuinely want a more wholesome, easier, less painful, less stressful experience.

Or is it that you are more mature and more established in life but it is not working out as you’d hoped. Your equilibrium is off, your relationship with your partner strained, you are not who you know you are but rather a shell of that woman. You want to be more present; for your family or professionally or both but doing so is too much - there is little to none left in the tank.

My Story

There have been many stepping stones in my life, that have triggered me to carve out a way forward to greater health, wellbeing and resilience. From an early age, I was in pain– most days and with no clear reason. I still twinge from time to time but I know now how to care for myself so that it is not part of my day to day world.

I was a chubby little girl with puppy fat. Not truely overweight but enough that next to my naturally petite and thin best friends I noticed, I always 'felt' the weight. After studying natural nutrition and developing my knowledge around nutrition, cooking and the art between food as cuisine vs food as fuel. I have succeeded in maintaining a healthy, natural weight all through my adult years and shedding my pregnancy weight each time and into perimenopause.
